
Leisure - example - 4 mile walk
This comprises of visiting the village of Juzet to see the wonderful waterfall, here there is a seating area for a picnic. Looping past the pretty lake where you can stop at the café for afternoon cake and coffee. Finishing on the high street for a cold beer and take in the atmosphere of the high street.
Maps and directions will be sent to you via email. Location of picnic areas and café and bars. Walks can be adapted to an easier route on pretty French roads or harder climbs on tracks within the forest and mountains.

Bike - Example 6hour - 70 miles
Routes will be emailed, and downloads available.
Leaving 'The Loft' to climb Col du Portillon (featured 18 times in Tour de France). Descend into Spain riding the beautiful Spanish roads....
The routes are in the mountains therefore there are not many shops or petrol stations. Hamlets containing fresh water fountains will be indicated on the routes, and recommended café stops. Always ride with 2 water bottles and take snacks. Remember these are difficult routes, the Tour de France athletes make them look easy!!
